How credits work

1 credit = €0.01
Usage is metered on real tokens, images, and video seconds, at published rates.
A typical Auto message ≈ 0.24 credits
Based on an average-length message. Longer conversations and bigger answers cost proportionally more.
Included credits reset monthly
Plan credits don't roll over: paid plans reset each billing period, the free allowance resets each calendar month (UTC).
Wallet credits never expire
Top-ups fund any model at any time, on every plan — and are never limited by plan caps.

Frequently asked questions

What happens when my included credits run out?

Requests keep working and draw from your wallet balance. If the wallet is empty too, you can top up or upgrade — nothing is lost.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Manage, switch, or cancel from the billing portal in Settings → Billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.

Do unused included credits roll over?

No. Included credits reset with each period. Wallet credits are separate and never expire.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices are shown excluding VAT. The applicable tax for your country is calculated and shown at checkout.
