When the month's credits run out, you top up loose credits: they work with any model and never expire. Plan credits renew monthly and don't carry over.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is a credit?

The unit usage is metered in: 1 credit = €0.01. Every request (a message, an image, a second of video) deducts credits at published rates.

What does the Free plan really include?

400 credits a month, with up to 150 a day. On Free they cover chat with Auto and DeepSeek V4 Flash, images with Nano Banana 2 and Nano Banana 2 Lite, and video. Other models stay available and run on your wallet balance; topped-up credits never expire. The shortest video clip (4 s) costs 100 credits, so a full month covers up to 4 clips, at most one a day. Topped-up credits also cover a single action that costs more than the daily 150, like a video longer than 6 s.

What happens when my included credits run out?

Top up loose credits and keep working: they work with any model and never expire. They also cover a single big action that costs more than your included credits. If you prefer, upgrade your plan or wait for the monthly reset: nothing is lost.

Do unused included credits roll over?

No. Included credits reset with each period. Topped-up credits are separate and never expire.

How is Pro different from Starter?

Pro includes 4,000 credits a month versus 1,500 on Starter: more than double. Both plans access the same models; Pro adds higher usage limits for heavy work. If you work with AI daily, Pro gives you room to stop watching the meter.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Manage, switch or cancel from Settings → Billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices are shown excluding VAT. The applicable tax for your country is calculated and shown at checkout.
